1. Research & Development Officer (2 Positions)
Job Description
- Generate product ideas and concepts
- Develop new products and test new products
- Source and coordinate with suppliers on specifications and requirements of materials, ingredients, products
- Perform costing and pricing for new and existing products. Update and maintain food and beverage costs
- Test materials, ingredients and products and keep records
- Prepare related documents for products and materials such as manuals, specifications, and memos
- Improve existing products to enhance quality, reduce costs and ease operations
- Maintain ISO documents for Research & Development Department
- Perform product analysis to study product cycles and financial benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Commercial Cookery or related fields
- Good cooking skills. Experience in cooking or culinary arts. Able to create new food dishes
- Passion in developing new products
- Good computer skills
- Command of English is a plus

2. Senior Interior Designer
- To use standardized concepts to create new shop designs
- To assist Chief Designer to create new concepts for new brands
- To control new shop design requisition and assign to the team
- To assist Chief Designer by managing tasks and meeting deadlines
- To assist Chief Designer to check all work before submitting to customer
- To assist Chief Designer to create and work on urgent projects
- To guide and teach other interior designers and draftsman when needed
- To control and check on-site work
- To coordinate with construction contractors to ensure achievement of projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Interior Design or any related field
- Able to do drawings and graphic design.
- Creativity
- Have working knowledge of 3D Max and Auto-CAD Programs
- At least 5 years working experience in Interior Design.

- มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบภายในจะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม AutoCAD และ 3D Max ได้
- มีผลงานการเขียนแบบ, ออกแบบ, พร้อมนำเสนอ Portfolio
- ใช้งานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ได้
