Qualifications

Job Description
- Monitor all construction projects for cost effectiveness as well as budget controlling and preparing BOQ
- Monitor store opening schedule and align all required resources to meet the targets while maintaining and meeting the quality standard
- Ensure that the construction process and engineering activities comply with property laws and regulation
- Establish, update and follow-up the site construction schedules
- Follow-up and evaluate the progress of work and regularly reporting to General Manager
- Provide proper coordination of the site activities, landlord, customer, and contractor
- Responsible for personal safety safe working practices
- Ensure Contractor complies with Project Specifications, Procedures etc
- Handover project to customer
- Responsible to maintain 5S

2. Assistant Site Construction Manager
Qualifications
- Male 30 years old up
- BA in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years working experience in construction project management
- Good command of spoken and written English, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work at night
- Computer literate
Job Description

- Review BOQ actual spending versus budgeting
- Ensure that the construction process and engineering activities comply with property laws and regulation
- Establish, update and follow-up the site construction schedules
- Follow-up and evaluate the progress of work and regularly reporting to General Manager
- Provide proper coordination of the site activities, landlord, customer, and contractor
- Decide on Site Office Administrative matters along with the Factory Manager
- Responsible for personal safety safe working practices
- Ensure Contractor complies with Project Specifications, Procedures etc
- Handover project to customer
- Responsible to maintain 5S

3. Marketing Executive
Qualifications
- Male or Female
- Age: Not over 35 years old
- Education: Bachelors Degree or over in related field
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and others
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Background in retail business of food & beverage at least 2 years is preferable
Job Description
- Support Promotion and Sales driven activities plan
- Collect the data from other brands to analyze market trend and support sale planning such as organize Promotion, co-promotion and Local store promotion and aim at monthly sale
- Organize marketing activities such as Opening stores, Launching new product, Press conference
- Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance
- Prepare the information which concerned to marketing planning
- Keep internal information such as total sale , total benefit to be a marketing data base in the future
- Follow up the result , evaluate , report and keep to be a marketing data
- Making Customer data base, analyze , keep and evaluate
- Present sale Summary Product mix report, Summary Sales report, Research customer demand and LSM & CRM
- Co ordinate with other departments /organization both internal and external to facilitate planning and developing system to increase work efficiency and productivities
- Should be able to plan and execute the project work to the team
- Co-ordinate and plan together with shop staffs and concerned party to receive a precise information
- Co-ordinate with IT department to support analytic program
- Select the partnership to co- promote make a good relation and the collaboration with concerned party both internal & external organization

4. Sales Executive
Qualifications
- Female. Age 25 35 years old
- Bachelor's of arts or science in related field
- Experience in Sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills for both English and Thai
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and others
- Good persuasion skill and able to coordinate work in team
- Alert and active for learning
Job Description
- Responsible for finding new accounts and increase sales to target level
- Responsible for reviewing the monthly purchase value of each account to determine trends and evaluate and propose possibility to increase and promote sales of existing accounts through new product lines or consistent order confirmation and other methods
- Maintain and establish good relationship between clients and company
- Evaluate and suggest trends for new products or opportunity for improvements for existing products
- Support various departments on sales data and input data related to clients
- Fully understand products and have adequate product knowledge to yield results
